Vintage Purse chatelaine brooch rosary case Victorian style vinaigrette case

This antique style miniature purse has its original chain and would say it might have been used as a miniature rosary case. The purse has two ball drops as the clasp and a red cabochon on each side. Since there is metal filigree with holes right thru the purse, it could be used as a vinaigrette with your favorite scent on cotton or a piece of cloth. This hangs from a bow shaped pin that looks like a watch holder pin. The purse measures 1 3/4" x 1 3/4" and is 1/2" deep. The case closes a little off to one side. I think it was made that way.
