Antique Cowan Art Pottery Seahorse Vase

Vintage Cowan art pottery vase.  It is marked with the impressed CoWan mark on the bottom.  Light green glaze, it has  2 sea horses back to back at the base of the pedestal.    This piece is listed in some of the reference guides.  The vase is 3 1/2 " tall the base measures 2 1/2 " x 4 1/4 "   No damages of any kind.
