Kitchen Ware/Bright Yellow Tin Canisters W/Faux Wood Lids
What a wonderful, kitchy set of 1970's canisters. They are bright yellow tin with a brown colored, stamped fruit design on the front of each. They lids are molded plastic made to look like carved wood. The lids are not in perfect shape. Each has been "split' on the sides. I owned a set of this kind od canister and do know how it occured. Dateing myself, aren't I! Anyway, they would split if the lids were jammed down too far on the canister. There are minor surface scratches and scuffs to the yellow paint. But, for anyone looking for great decorating pieces these are those. You could still use them to store small packaged items. They were made by Cheinco Housewares J. Chein&CO Burlington,NJ. The size ranges from 8 1/4"X5 1/2" for the tallest to 4"X5 1/2" for the shortest ones. The fees quoted for shipping are for priority flat rate/NO insurance for USA only.
