Holster from Mexican Revolutionary War, Hand Tooled, 2 buckles, has initials AM under the place where the holster hangs.  If I remember right the initials stand for Alejandro Montoya, the grandfather of a local New Mexico man.  In good condition, shows signs of age, of course, it is made of cowhide, and the lining is the rough out leather. This has separated about 4 inches from the tongue of the belt back to the belt buckle, easily glued back but I left it as is, this was the side used to take the holster on and off.  These initials were hidden so that the Federales wouldn't know who they were.  the belt measures 28 inches from buckle to buckle, and the piece with the initials measures 14 inches from buckle to buckle, the holster measures 8 inches from top to bottom, and is 5 inches wide.  The bullet holders look like they are made for a 32 or 38.   FREE SHIPPING USA!
