This a great wooden bird in flight on a stick and wood base, body is wood, wings are metal, appears to be in flight...a nice shorebird perfect for that nautical style room of yours......or any shelf for that matter....this bird's body is 11 inches long, the wing span is 13 inches wide.....he stands on the stick at about 9 inches tall.....in GREAT conditionI am an antique junkie. I do a lot of traveling attending local auctions and estate sales, particulary in my home state and while I try to give as best description as possible when listing items, bear in mind I am not an expert. That what you see is how it is presented to me. I do not go out of my way to clean up the items; I leave that up to you.
