This knife is marked Winchester # 4991 model Scout. It has a blade, can opener, screwdriver and an awl or punch. Also the hanger at the end. It measures 3.5 in. long plus the hanger. Information may be found in the Knife Collectores Guide by Roy Ritchie and Rob Stewart 4th edition. on page 780. I don't know a lot about knives, just what I can find in the guide books.
