White Enamel Filigree ( Lattice Work) Bib Necklace with Gold Dangles. It is Vintage Boho Chic. I don't know who the designer is because when I found it there chain was missing. I have put on a new goldtone chain that matches perfectly with the brass or goldtone metal dangles. The total length is 17" however it is adjustable due to the links chain I put on it. The maximum width is 2.75". The condition is very good. There are a few spot where the enamel has worn or chipped off but those areas are not noticeable. This has a very fun and fresh look about it.
