Victorian Wave Crest footed bowl in ormolu mounts. Unsigned C.F. Monroe of Meriden, CT. and decorated in rare colors of blues and brown, with hand painted and enameled flowers. Late 19th century. Excellent original condition with no chips or cracks. About 4" tall.
