Virginia Capitol Distant Full View Postcard This is a nice color photo postcard, with white border and on the bottom front it reads, The State Capitol, Richmond Va. On the back it reads, Designed by Thomas Jefferson, erected in 1789-92. Inside contains the Hall of the House of Delegates, where Aaron Burr was tried for treason. Also was the Capitol of the Confederacy during the War between the States. Color by Ted Partlow Cussons, May & Co., Richmond Va. Curteichcolor 3-D reproduction. Used with post mark 1985.
