You are looking at a vintage rocking chair made of maple wood. This chair is in great condition and is very solid. The stiles and legs are turned and it has box style stretchers. The finish is smooth to the touch and it is very comfortable. The rockers are in great condition as well with no splits or cracks. I do not know who the maker is or the exact date it was made. It is vintage and may not be perfect however it is in very good condition. The wood has a nice medium brown stain finish on it. The bottom of the chair is marked 702. The chair measures 37 ¼ inches tall, 21 7/8 inches side to side and 28 inches front to back. It weighs 19 pounds. We do have more photographs that we can email if you are interested.
