Pretty blooming pink and yellow roses surrounded by blue flowers and green leaves make this vintage Italian teapot pitcher a beautiful piece! Dating to the 1950s, we found this sweet piece at a street market and were perplexed by the attached vintage tag. The tag indicates the piece was produced by the ceramics manufacturer, Bassano, but the bottom is marked with half of a Capodimonte logo. In either case, this attractive Italian Capodimonte-style pitcher vase would make a welcome addition to your collection.
CAPODIMONTE
True pieces of Capodimonte are marked with a crown and the letter N and sometimes the word Capodimonte.
Overall Condition is Used - Good. Shows chips on the flower petals due to age and use. There probably would have originally been a lid, which seems to have been lost.
