Vintage CURE-ALL PILLS Man no/Lid

Here is the Cure-All-Pills Man. All original vintage 1960. He seems to have lost his hat along his travels. He is very popular with the head vase crowd. He has a brother out there some where, hasn't seen him in years.He's the headache pills man. The bottom states "1960 The Shafford Co. 5963Y".
