Vintage Corning Ware Pyroceram Wildflower 6 Piece Casserole Set. Go Green with Corning Ware, you can bake, serve and store leftovers all in one dish, then reheat leftovers in the same dish! Pyroceram was invented in the late 1950's and is made to withstand both heat and cold.
Several years ago Corning Ware was sold they no longer make pyroceram pieces, newer pieces are marked Made in China and are made of a ceramic material. This pattern was made from 1977 to 1984 and is a floral pattern on a white background, it is made of the original Corning pyroceram.
The larger casserole is 10" by 10" without the handles and about 2" deep, the middle casserole holds 2 liters, is 8 1/2" by 8 1/2" without the handles and about 2 1/2" deep and the smallest one holds 1 1/2 quarts or liters, 7" by 7" without the handles and about 2 1/4" deep. All three pieces are in excellent gently used clean and ready to use condition, no chips, they do have light use marks on the inside bottom from being slid across the oven rack. This set would be a fabulous addition to your set or a great start to a new set!
