Vintage Amethyst Poison Heart Pillbox necklace locket etruscan pendant sterling

This vintage sterling heart shaped poison pill box pendant has a raised amethyst stone in the center. Lot of detailed metal etruscan work with tiny metal designs on the side, this is one pretty locket / case. The sterling pendant is 1 3/4" long and 1/2" deep and it hangs from a silver mesh snake chain that measures 17" long. Perfect for the aquarians or purple lovers, this is pretty sweetheart necklace.
