It is hollow with an inside that is etched in a beautiful designed  lining that is made oval to fit a wrist instead of just being flat. The bracelet is 7 1/4" long on the inside of the bracelet when closed and is just a fraction under 1" wide.   This gold filled bracelet has a safety chain too . It is well made, has been well taken care of and is an amazing piece in great condition.
