Very large pillowcase. I do not know whether this is linen or cotton or both. I heard different opinions about this. Anyway it is very big and it is one of a big lot which went at Christies. 111 centimeter [44 inches] long. 82 centimeter [32.2 inches] wide. I see no holes in it. There are a few spots on it and it turned a little yellow at some places. There is a heraldic symbol embroidered in it. Maybe it was from some noble family. Weight is 250 gram.
