Seattle Washington souvenir collector plate, made by Vernon Kilns of California.  Dated 1941.  Burgundy red transfer.  Measures 10.5"d.  Has one area of the foot rim that is missing some glaze on the back of the plate.  Sold as is.   Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
