This black velvet purse is in good condition but it does have some wear on the velvet where it rubs against the metal frame and hinges. The seam on one side is open about 3" in length. The inside lining is a green fabric. There is a small pocket inside for a mirrow or other object. There is some wear from usage on the lining. The metal frame has tarnishing as does the metal chain. The fringe at the bottom is intact but the wooden bead at the top of the tassle has the velvet covering coming off.
