An early, pieced tin, vegetable or garnish cutter with a deep cutting edge in the form of a spade. These very small garnish cutters were used to make cut outs to be placed in jellies or to be used as a garnish. The height of this cutter is 1 1/2" with a diameter of 1" and a cutter depth of 1/2". A very collectable and hard to find item. The little spade is 3/4" by 3/4".
