This is a very unusual and beautiful hand cut and polished vaseline glass inkwell with vertical and horizontal cut slots on each side. It has a brass hinged collar and faceted as well as shaped in a square pattern. It has a couple very small chiggers showing on the bottom from use. These do not detract in any way for they are minute. Excellent with no chips, cracks or hairlines.
