Cobalt blue cameo over vaseline glass. The underplate measures 6 1/4" diameter and the finger bowl is 4 1/2" x 2 1/4" deep. The carving is exceptional, perfect coloration. The photos do not show the incredible detail of the carving and when veiwed under magnification the detail is unbelievable.
