This "Aurora Borealis" Green Opalescent vase is a original item of the 1898 Victorian period. Made by the Jefferson Glass Co. It is done in a hand pressed Deep Green glass. This pattern is rare in this color. It is 6" tall  by 3 3/4" wid at the top with a 3" 3 toed triangler base. A odd feature is that the three corners of the base turn down to form three tiny toes that the vase actually sits on. It has a round tappered body with dots & tendrals on the outside and a smooth inside. It is very clean inside and out and has no chips, cracks or damage of any kind. It came from a long time collection of a man and his wife who collected in the 1950's on. His wife has passed and he was just put in a home at 98 years. I will be listing more items from this old victorian collection in the weeks to come. We do combine shipping cost but not to the West or East coast areas. The shipping for this item is $10.00.
