An early Lewis and Conger mold in a cutlet shape. These were generally used to shape a mixture of minced meat and other ingredients but not used to bake the cutlet in. This mold is in very good condition with a nice pewter like, darkened tin patina. The interior retains much of its original bright tin finish. These are scarce and truly collectible.
