Timken Axle The Last Run Ad 1951 This is a December 1951 advertisement It is a nice color ad from Timken Detroit Axle Co of Detroit. It pictures a street car being pulled by horses (called a horse car) and it reads, The last Run, Boston Dec 24, 1900. It was near the end of the era of the horse cars. Picture by Lestis Saulburg (not sure of spelling) Lots of detail in picture, suitable for framing. In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 10 1/4"" wide by 13"" tall.
