Lovely pressed glass punch bowl set by Tiffin/Franciscan Glass in their Moon & Star pattern. The punch bowl has a 5" round base and a scalloped rim measuring 10" across. The matching torte plate measures 17-1/2" across and is large enough to accomodate the punch bowl and all 12 of the handled punch cups. A couple of small air bubbles can be seen in both the punch bowl and the plate, which are normal in pressed glass. There are no chips or cracks, and all pieces are in excellent condition. I believe this pattern dates from around the 1950's.
