Elegant sterling silver covered jam pot by Tiffany & Co. The jar is raised on a short pedestal and flares outward toward the ornately pierced rim. The pot is covered with a lid that rises gently to an acorn finial. The lid has a small opening for a jam spoon. The pot retains its original clear crystal liner. The pot could be used to hold jam or honey, or even a sauce. The bottom is marked with the Tiffany hallmarked used 1907-38. The pattern and order numbers are 994 and 18423.

Origin: America, ca. 1920. Condition: excellent, no monogram, no dings. Size: 4-1/8" diameter; 5" tall. Silver Weight: 258.0 grams.
