The Ugliest Vintage Hawaiian Made Dress I have ever seen! However it is a designer dress and deserves some consideration.

If there was an ugly dress competition I think this one may just take a prize.

It made of the thick sturdy cotton and expertly trimmed with bricbrac. Here are the measurements:

v 39.. Bust going all the way around under the armpits. (Back & Chest)

v 37 ..Length from shoulder to hem on the front side.

v 15..Shoulder to Shoulder going across the top of the back.

v 12..Sleeves

The measurements are taken with the garment laying flat. The chest bust is taken from the outside front and multiplied x 2 to reach to total bust chest. The measurements are to give you an idea how an item will fit. However depending on the fabrics and construction there my be some sight variation in the numbers when a garment has pleats, darts or is of a stretchy fabric or knit fabric.
