A vintage table lighter with a gold tone metal filigree cap over the lighting mechanism. Stands 3 in. tall. Heavy dark amber glass. Just add a flint and fluid and it will be operational. The cap has a topaz colored stone set in the top. Best guesstimate is this is from the '40's-'50's era. No marks.
