Picture is by James Montgomery Flagg. It reads,""Can you imagine 4000 bales of cotton? that's the approximate number used in a week of the Springs Cotton Mills. In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 10 1/4"" wide by 14"" tall.
