This small ceramic bank has 2 dogs balanced on a see-saw/teeter-totter sitting on a sack of money. The sack is green & detailed with gold & has a 4-leaf clover in relief on each side of the money slot. The words "What oh she bumps 500,000" are incised on the front & on the back "4 Made in Germany(in circle logo) & 2931" These little banks are common showing pigs instead of dogs on the see-saw. I have not found another like this one!
