Our client's extraordinary and rare collection of figurative lamps in the Baroque style depict the Greek god of the sea, Trion, holding a scallop shell on his shoulders.  Finely cast from bronze with gilt seashell, mounted on red variegated marble bases with streaks of white, with candelabra size sockets and modern wiring, each ready for use.  Confidently attributed to Edward F. Caldwell.  Note our photo here of an image of the model from the Caldwell archives at the Smithsonian.
