Set of 6 Vintage Munising Wooden Salad Bowls
Unavailable
Set of six Munising maple salad bowls, circa 1940's - 1950's. The Munising Wood Products company produced wooden bowls from 1915 to 1955 in the town of Munising, in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. The bowls were made of premium hardwood, usually sugar maple. These collectible bowls have a slightly oval shape. Each measures about 7 inches by 6.5 inches and a little over 1 inch high. The brand on the bottoms is "Munising, DO NOT IMMERSE, WIPE ONLY." The bowls are in good condition. They show some signs of use but are quite functional. Some of the finish has worn off on the bottoms and the bowls could benefit from oiling with salad bowl oil. Please refer to the 4 photographs for appearance and condition. Shipping / packaging will be $11.50.
