If you would like to pay by personal check, we will ship your item(s) immediately after the check has cleared. All payments must be made in US dollars.
We ship items immediately after receipt of payment. Shipment fees are quoted to include shipping, packing, handling and insurance. In the case of multiple items please contact us by phone or email for bulk shipping rates.
If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. All items are insured. Please contact us immediately by phone or email if the item(s) was damaged so that we can assist in resolving the claim.
