Shipping Policy
Please provide a postal Zip code with destination city for quote on shipping. Buyer pays all packing,shipping and insurance cost. Handling fees are never charged. We always work to find the appropriate carrier at the most reasonable rate whatever the size shipment. Should full payment not be received within 5 days after point of sale,the item will go back onto the floor.
Return Policy
Please ask all questions on the front end,will be glad to answer the best possible as All Sales Are Final. If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
