Payment Policy

We accept PayPal via direct checkout. Please note that you can pay using PayPal without needing to open a PayPal account: just follow the instructions when making checkout via PayPal. 

Certain items with particularly high values require a bank wire transfer. Please contact us for more details. 

For buyers outside of the United States, we accept PayPal for credit cards or international money orders in US dollars. Please note that we will need to wait for your money order to clear before shipping the item.

Shipping Policy

Items will be shipped fully insured within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Buyer pays for all shipping costs. Insurance is mandatory and items will not be shipped without it. The buyer may also pay a small fee for additional packing materials required for fragile and breakable items. Shipping is either Fedex, UPS or Priority Mail via USPS unless the size or weight or destination requires the use of another carrier. Please note that we offer free shipping and insurance for all jewelry items for buyers located in the USA. 

International buyers, please inquire for shipping costs. Most international sales will ship Fedex or USPS Global Air Mail. Do not hesitate to send inquiries about your shipping options. 

If you purchase more than one item at a time, we will combine shipping whenever possible to lower your shipping charge. 

We are also open to other shipping options preferred by the buyer, including white glove deliveries. 

Return Policy

If you are not pleased with your purchase, you must contact us by email within 3 calendar days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund of the purchase price, less a restocking fee if applicable. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We will acknowledge your return request within 3 days, often much sooner. Then you must ship the item back to the shop within 3 business days of the acknowledgement, using the following 

*  The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with the shop's tags and identifying marks intact. The buyer is responsible for all shipping, packing, insurance and all other related costs.

*  We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt.

After we verify the returned item is as originally sent, we will issue a full refund within 3 days or sooner. There is a 5% restocking fee on all returned items.
