Payment Policy

US customers: We accept personal checks, money orders, all major credit cards, Paypal and Google Wallet, Checkout By Amazon, 2Checout and Payment expected within 7 days. NON US ORDERS: we accept Paypal and ship to the address on VERIFIED accounts only. DUE TO NON-PAYING CUSTOMERS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN AGREED UPON, ALL ITEMS WILL BE HELD FOR YOU FOR 7 DAYS ONLY. AFTER THAT TIME THEY WILL RETURNED TO STOCK FOR RESALE....Layaway is always welcome. Terms; 30% down and balance paid within 3 months with a payment due each month. On large items terms are negotiable. Due to state laws payments cannot be made by credit card but only my check or money order. Order cancellation or failure to complete incurs a 10% or $10.00 restocking fee, whichever is larger....We are required to collect 8.6% sales tax from Washington State residents. OUR PRIVACY POLICY: We will only use your information to fulfill your orders and we will not sell or lease any collected information.

Credit cards, Paypal, Checkout By Amazon and Google Wallet from US customers will ship within 1 day, and often the same day, of payment receipt. Personal checks are accepted from US buyers only and will ship when cleared--approximately 7-10 days. We will ship worldwide to any country not expressly prohibited by the terms of our shipping insurance contract. Paypal orders for non US buyers must be with a Verified account and may only be shipped to the confirmed address on the account or as deemed acceptable under Paypal's Buyer & Seller Protection policy, and will be shipped only with a service requiring signature confirmation. We are not responsible for delays or duty imposed by receiving countries as we have no knowledge of that. I am sorry but I am prohibited by Post Office regulations from shipping fine jewelry to non US addresses.

Return Policy

If an item purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to keep all packing & original boxes and email us immediately with photos to begin damage claim process. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim. Do not repack and do not mail the damaged items back to us unless asked to do so. There is no restocking fee. You will be refunded through your original payment method if granted. Postage costs will not be refunded.
