Shipping Policy
Buyer pays shipping unless otherwise stated in the description. Small items will be shipped insured within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Large items will be shipped with Craters & Freighters or Allen Moving they are professional antique hauler they will set up the items in your house; or a company of your choice. Any item can be picked up at our store Princess Antiques at 2420 Bissonnet Houston Tx. 77005 713 526 6422. We're open 6 days a week Tuesday-Saturday 11:00am-6:00pm and Sunday 1:00pm-6:00pm. If you purchase more then one item we will be happy to combine them to lower the shiping charge. For international shipping we use USPS First Class Mail International however other couriers can be used. Large items please contact 713-526-6422.
Return Policy
All items are sent full insured. Buyer needs to contact the shipper regarding damage. Princess Antiques will help with all paper work needed. It is important to save all boxes and packing material when making a claim. Photo's of the damage and the box are also helpful.
