Payment is required in full before item is shipped out. If a personal check is used, item will be shipped within fourteen (14) days of receipt of check. All International Buyers MUST remit payment in U.S. dollars. Note: We do not accept Paypal from International Buyers (unless confirmed and verified and eligible for insurance for Paypal buyers). Payment must be remitted in the form of a cashier’s check or a wire transfer in U.S. dollars. We will ship out once the cashier’s check or money order clears the bank. At our discretion, we will accept Paypal. Paypal users MUST be confirmed verified buyers per Paypal rules. Also, all shipments, for first time customers, must be sent to the credit card holder’s billing address. This is a safety measure taken to protect us and the credit card holder from possible internet fraud. At our discretion, we will, at times, only accept wire transfers and cashier’s checks as a form of payment.

Lori Mesa Antiques & Fine Jewelry offers free two-day shipping within the USA. Our shipping is fully insured and ships registered U.S. post.

You will receive a tracking number from us within 24 hours of sale completion. If an alteration or resizing was requested then the order will ship out within 1 - 2 business weeks. 

While we welcome the opportunity to do business with customers from any country, there are certain aspects of international transactions that require special terms. They are as follows: We will NOT provide false information on United States Postal Service Customs forms. This includes but is not limited to lying about contents, claiming items to be gifts or repairs, or claiming a lower-than-actual value.

We do not expect returns on items that have been altered or resized. If a ring is resized at the time of purchase, it is a FINAL SALE. 

Items under $1,500 may be returned or exchanged within three (3) days of delivery as long as they are in their original condition.

Items over $1,500 may be returned for store credit only within three (3) days of delivery as long as they are in their original condition.

The Security Tag attached to the jewelry must not be removed. If the Security Tag is removed from the jewelry, the merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable. This is a security feature we use to verify the authenticity of the item.

We will NOT expect a return or exchange on any item that has been customized or resized. We will not expect a return or exchange after seven (7) days of delivery. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at erin@lorimesa.com so we can determine whether or not the piece is returnable or exchangeable. All returns must be securely packaged and sent back using a traceable shipping method. Please include a printed copy of your receipt with the order number included.
