Payment Policy

All payment must be made in US Dollars. Payment can be accepted through PayPal, personal checks, cashier's checks and money orders.  If payment is not received within 10 days, and other arrangements are not made, item may be relisted for sale.  If item is paid by personal check, we will ship shortly after the check has cleared.  Checks returned to us NSF will be charged an additional $35.00 fee.

If you have any questions, concerns, please communicate through email.  Thanks!  If you do not have a PayPal Account, we can work around that and use "snail mail" process like checks or money order.  Thanks for shopping with us. 

Shipping Policy

Shipping/handling costs include the costs of shipping, packaging and materials, shipping insurance and handling.  Our prices are quite reasonable and competitive.  Item will be shipped at least within 5 business days (usually less) after receipt of payment and/or clearance of personal check.  For items like furniture with no preset shipping fee, call for a custom quote  We use only reputable shipping companies.  We cannot be held responsible for uninsured items.

Return Policy

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense.  If the item was damaged during shipping, the buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter.  Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.   Other point will be added soon.
