Return Policy
If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller,WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF SUCH NOTIFICATION, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense.The Buyer is to pay return shipping and insurance costs.The purchase amount of item only is to be refunded. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter, and report the matter to Nobili Antiques by email.
