Shipping Policy
Item will be shipped within 3 business days of the receipt of the paypal payment unless the item requires crating or oversized shipping.
Return Policy
If property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the property to rescind the transaction by notifying the seller (no returns without personal contact with seller to discuss the problem FIRST) and by returning the property to the seller in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense including insurance. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
