Items must be payed for at time of sale. We do not offer any terms or lay-a-way plans.

Shipping Policy

Items not in stock that are being made to order require 6-8 weeks lead time. We do not ship multiple throws in one box as it damages the throws. Gift wrapping is available on most throws and scarves without charge, however, this will delay delivery in many cases.

Return Policy

Colors will vary from dyelot to dyelot, and every person's monitor reads color differently. If a color match is critical, we suggest requesting a thread sample, if available, before purchasing. We cannot hold any items while waiting to hear back, however. We do not accept items for exchange , credit, or refund unless buyer can show that an item was misrepresented. Chenille "sheds", i.e. gives off lint. We will not accept returns for this reason. Items that do qualify for return must be packed accoding to enclosed instructions or we will not accept the returned item. We must be notified of any problem prior to return.
