Return Policy
After we receive full payment for the rug that interests you, we will ship it anywhere in the United States free of charge. We understand that in making a decision on a rug, you may need to see it in your own home in the designated space. No computer monitor or photograph can truly do justice to the beauty of a fine rug. Live with it for a few days and experience firsthand the quality of its design, color, and texture. If you decide within five days that this is not the rug for you, you may return it for a full refund. You will be responsible only for the return shipping and insurance charges.
