Marie E. Betteley accepts all the major credit cards, as well as Paypal, and checks or money orders drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars. Items shipped within New York State will carry applicable sales tax. For items in the Marie E. Betteley inventory listed as price on request, please email Mbetteley@aol.com. Please note with layaways, all sales are final. All transactions are confidential. Our shipping and handling fees within the Continental United States are as follows:

$101 to $275: $20
$276 to $400: $25
$401 to $600: $30
$601-$1,000: $35
$1,001 to $2,000: $40

2,001+ $45+ (to advise)
$3,001+: $45+ (to advise)

Prices include insurance. For porcelain or glass items, please add $10. Express delivery within the U.S. will be an extra $20 for items valued up to $500 and more for those above that. Please email us for a quote. Please note domestic shipping fee includes cost of mailing, boxing the item, packing materials and insurance. For international shipping rates, please email us. Items will be shipped once full payment has been received and cleared through our banking system. Confirmation of shipping will be sent by email, and a receipt enclosed with the item or emailed. Client may specify. Purchases are sent via registered mail or Priority/insured mail.

Return Policy

Marie E. Betteley would like you to be completely satisfied with your order. If, after receiving your purchase, you are not happy, please call us within 3 days. Do not email us. We ask that you return the item in its original condition using the same shipping method (registered mail or Priority/insured mail), and that it be received within 7 days of return authorization. Once we receive your order, we will either credit your card (minus shipping charges and a 5% retocking fee) or exchange the item for another one you prefer.
