Payment Policy

Items paid by credit card will be shipped within 3 business days of the accepted transaction. We will not charge your account until the item has been shipped. Items paid for by personal, business or bank check will be shipped within 3 business days after the checked has cleared. We accept payment in the amount of the item transaction and not in excess of the amount listed. All payments must be made in US dollars.

Shipping Policy

All items will be shipped by a bonded carrier within 3 business days of receipt of payment. We ship merchandise nationally using carriers that are experienced with the packaging and handling of antiques. For larger (furniture) items, we typically use Plycon Can Lines with great door to door service and results. For smaller items (porcelains, etc) we rely on UPS. We pack all fragile items and have UPS pack our pre-packaged items in an exterior UPS box. So fragile items are essentially double wrapped. We do not charge credits cards until the item has been picked up by our shipper.

Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We represent all of our merchanside with accurate descriptions to ensure you are fully satisfied. If the item you purchased in materially different than the item we represented, we'll take it back - no questions. Items being returned require the buyer to contact the seller with the name and contact information of the shipping agent handling the return. Items are to be returned to the original shipping location. For your protection, we recommend that any item be insured for the full purchase price. Buyers are responsible for damage incurred during the shipping process. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees unless otherwise discussed with the seller.
