Large round Scottish copper jardiniere mid 19th century or earlier which was hand forged. The forged interlocking copper connections seen on on side of the two joined pieces. Large copper lip with tiny scalloped edge surrounds the opening. Fish scale design over the entire piece which has been professionally cleaned,yet still shows a beautiful aged patina. Wonderful for logs and kindling beside the fireplace,a stunning container for an arrangement for the table or buffet,live plants interior or exterior as well as storage for any number of items. Excellent condition without dents. Measures 25L X 25W X 10.25H.Could be shipped via Federal Express with your zip code.
