Outstanding Rolex ladies watch covered in diamond and created in 18K gold. It has over 1 carat of diamonds set in the 18K gold cover over the face of the Rolex watch. Signed Rolex Precision Swiss on the face. Includes 17 jewel movement that has been replaced with a quartz movement but works. Condition is very good with a few minor scratches on the back. Circa 1960 and a very Rare watch you are unlikely to find again. Weighs 1.1 ounces of 18K gold.
