Red Wing Rumrill #506 White Vase

Unavailable
This Grecian Line vase is done in a creamy white with graceful handles and a ruffled rim, made by Red Wing Pottery Co. in Minnesota for Rumrill. As for condition, there is faint crazing at the bottom of the bowl just under one handle. A catalog reprint is included in Reiss' "Red Wing Art Pottery," 1996; page 129. Rumrill's mark is incised on the underneath side of the vase. There is one 1/4" wide x 1/16" long lightly darkened place on the bottom edge which appears to be under glaze. Otherwise, the vase is free of cracks, chips, or repairs. The glaze still has a nice shine, and the piece's overall presentation is quite nice.
