Vintage antiqued goldplated ring with filigree decoration and a red cab,enamel or resin. The red is translucent. This ring is adjustable. There is absolutely no wear on this ring. There is a tiny smudge or 2 on the red cab,enamel, or resin. The top of the ring measures 5/8 x 7/8 inch. It has Patent No. underneath of its top which looks like #3,802,945 and then a large 7 underneath that. It is hard to read because the ring shank sits over top of it.
