This is an exceptional sterling silver open salt cellar. This piece is marked "sterling" and with the lion passant, anchor and letter "g" for gorham manufacturing of Provicence, R.I.. This incredible salt is decorated with a beautiful detailed repousse floral decoration around the sides. This great piece is 1-1/4" tall and is 2-1/4" in diameter. Weight is 42.6 grams. Condition is excellent with no chips or cracks to the liner and no dings or dents to the silver. 2 pieces available, if interested in pair, please inquire.
